Production process:

Sodium Process:

1.Prepare the raw material：
Prepare enough Sodium Hydroxide in the tank. Add clean water into the alkali soluble kettle and stir. add Cyanuric Acid into the alkali soluble kettle. Then add prepared Sodium Hydroxide into the alkali soluble kettle.
2. Chlorination
Keep stir until the Cyanuric Acid completely dissolved. Connect the Chlorine slowly, then add the sodium salt
and adjust the chlorine to make the PH between 3.2-3.8.
Then use machine to wash and filtration. Then dry the products in the drying tower.
3. Testing the quality:
Test the whiteness, water content, hardness and size etc. of the product.
After passing the test, packaging shall be started. Pack well for container loading and ship transportation

How to use TCCA:

1.Disinfection of drinking water: Add 0.4 g per 100 kg of water and stir for a while.

2. Swimming pool disinfection: 3 to 5 grams per cubic meter per day in the swimming pool.

3. Industrial circulating cooling water treatment: 0.5 grams per 1m3 of water, the concentration of free chlorine in the cooling water is generally controlled between 0.25 ~ 0.5ppm, pH value is 7 ~ 8 is appropriate.
