Production process:

Calcium Process :

1. Raw materials preparation: Prepare enough calcium carbonate in the tank. Add enough clean water into Ingredients kettle. Start Stir process, add calcium carbonate into Ingredients kettle. Then add the prepared Cyanuric Acid slowly. Keep Stir for a while then test the if it’s qualified.

2. Chlorination: Keep stir until the Cyanuric Acid completely dissolved. Connect the Chlorine slowly, then add the calcium carbonate and adjust the chlorine. Then use machine to wash and filtration. Then dry the products in the drying tower.

3. Testing the quality: Test the active chlorine, whiteness, water content, hardness, PH value, and size etc. of the product. After passing the test, packaging shall be started. Pack well for container loading and ship
